#1 – Comedy, Autism, CBT, Burnout, and Family Struggles with Jakob Kerkhove

Todays guest is Jakob Kerkhove. Jakob is a Belgian born Comedian and Entrepreneur who left home a decade ago in search of a better life.

Jakob has recently released his first solo show “Act Normal” which is a rollercoaster of emotions coming from light-hearted comedy and theatrics to darker and more traumatic life experiences. In his show Jakob attacks the stigma surrounding “abnormal” people and pulls upon his childhood diagnosis of Autism – which he wholeheartedly disagrees with.

In the episode we talk about Comedy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Autism, Burnout, Family Struggles and Jakob´s challenges whilst trying to start new businesses.

Jakob is an inspirational human who does everything he can to improve his life and keep moving forwards.
